Trump will not answer legal questions

Donald Trump has refused to answer the Attorney General's questions, using the constitutional authority enjoyed by the former US President. Trump was to be questioned about the violence on January 6 last year and some documents related to the White House.

Under the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution, Trump can refuse to appear or testify before any law officer. Trump said in a statement – the investigating agency FBI is fabricating fake evidence against me. My close ones are being harassed. On Monday, the FBI raided Trump's house and seized some documents.

It is not necessary to answer every question,
in a statement on Wednesday, the former President said- My lawyers have advised that I should exercise the right given under the Fifth Constitutional Amendment. So, I will not answer questions from the Attorney General of New York.

On the other hand, authorities say that there are many serious cases against Trump, including breaking tax and insurance rules, and these are pending for many years. Therefore it is necessary to take his statement.

Trump accused of conspiracy
: FBI is fabricating fake evidence against me. Evidence plants are being installed at my Mar-a-Lego clubhouse. We didn't do anything wrong. All this is being done only so that I cannot contest the next election. I am completely innocent. Investigating agencies are harassing my close friends and family. If this is not a conspiracy, then what is?

Trump further said- Why doesn't the FBI explain why when they raided my house, they threw out all the people present there. What did they come there to do? If his action was correct, at least witnesses should have been present there. Why was there no raid against Obama and Clinton?

What happened on Monday The
US investigative agency FBI raided the former president's luxurious Palm House and resort Mar-a-Ligo on Monday. Then several FBI agents surrounded and searched Trump's house. It is being said that the agents seized many documents and took them away. Donald Trump himself confirmed this raid. He had said – they want to stop me from contesting elections. An FBI spokesperson declined to say anything about it.

What are the allegations
According to reports, when Trump left the White House last year, he took many documents with him. However, so far there has been no confirmation of this allegation by the FBI. These documents are said to have been taken to Mar-a-Ligo in several large boxes. Since then, US intelligence agencies have been keeping an eye on Trump and his close associates. This raid is also being seen in connection with these.

A few months ago, Trump was accused of tearing and flushing official documents while in office. Trump flushed so many papers that because of this the toilet of the White House was clogged.
